Concept to Completion:  Key Stages

BUSINESS PLANNING PROJECT FEASIBILITY FOLLOW UP
Assist client with business plan and market research Onsite visit and meeting Annual maintenance and support
Suggested routes of funding Sketch layout with buildings Post delivery account management and marketing support
Identify routes to market Outline proposal, including budget cost (building & foundations if required) Prepare high quality 3D renders and other materials for marketing and social media support of the project, if appropriate

STAGE 1 AGREEMENT
 Undertake a feasibility plan to better understand local planners feelings towards the proposed project. Contract and proceed to pre-planning
PRE-PLANNING
Prepare 3D renders and site plan drawings
Oyster meet with planners or Oyster will prepare information and pass to client for submission to planners
PLANNING APPLICATION
Prepare all planning application information
Oyster submits or prepares and passes to client for submission
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Detailed design specification – External & Internal
Agree full specification and construction costs
Agree program of works & HSE Plan
Planning permission granted
CONSTRUCTION
Construction of ground works and infrastructure
Erect structural kits to wind and water tight
Completion of external and internal fit out
Inspections and approvals
Handover with appropriate certificates/approvals
